Prescription Medications: For products that require a prescription, you must provide a valid prescription issued by a licensed healthcare professional in your country. We reserve the right to verify any prescription with the prescriber or refuse to dispense any medication if we suspect the prescription is fraudulent, invalid, or obtained unlawfully.
Off-Label Use: We do not encourage or endorse the use of any medication for purposes other than those approved by the relevant regulatory authorities.
Order Acceptance: Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your offer for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or inability to verify a prescription. A confirmed order will result in a confirmation email.
Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and may be converted to your local currency at checkout for reference. We strive to ensure accuracy, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and select cryptocurrencies (USDC, Bitcoin, Ethereum). By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the total amount, including any applicable taxes, shipping fees, and processing fees (1.5% of subtotal, capped at $10, with a $1 minimum).
Currency Conversion: If you pay in a currency other than USD, your bank or payment processor may apply conversion fees. We are not responsible for such fees.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Factors beyond our control (customs delays, weather, etc.) may affect delivery. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
Customs and Import Duties: For shipments outside our branch countries, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
No Returns Due to Health Regulations: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of pharmaceutical products. This policy complies with health regulations in all jurisdictions where we operate.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@exclusivedrugs.shop with your order number, a description, and photos if applicable. We will investigate and, at our discretion, issue a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations: You may cancel an order before it has been processed for shipment. Once the order status changes to “processing” or “shipped,” cancellations are no longer possible. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately.
Refunds: If a refund is issued, it will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
